Frequently Ask Questions.

No, all our services are private. This means that there is no waiting for other clients and no multiple stops before reaching your destination.

Reservations are paid via credit card through our booking app. Airport transportation is charged at the time of the request. Local events and shuttles are charged 50% at time of booking to reserve,. Remainder of the balance is charged 30 days prior to event date.

Currently, our customer service area is only open during the day and scheduled transfers occur between the hours of 6am and 12am. 



Online booking is available 24/7.

We understand that flight delays occur and we do our best to accommodate our clients. Given a strict timeline our drivers are able to wait no longer than one hour. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.

For departure pickups, the driver will wait fifteen minutes before marking the reservation a "no show".

We recommend booking airport transfers at least 24 hours in advance. Corporate and event shuttles should be booked at least 14 days in advance to allow for itinerary approval. 

Weddings and Rehearsal Dinners should be booked at least 6 months in advance for vehicle availability.

Dinner Shuttles and Local Events should be booked at least 24 hours to one week in advance for optimal availability.
